Proposal for school/classroom needs or a project. Use this form for classroom needs and/or projects that will enrich the experience for our students. Projects must directly benefit current students. Proposals must be submitted to presabxfound@gmail.com or a physical copy submitted to the ABX Foundation box by the second Monday of the month to be presented at the monthly board meeting, which are held on the second Thursday of each month.

Request for reimbursement. Use this form for reimbursement for an approved project proposal. Reimbursements should be completed within the same school (fiscal year) year as the proposal.

Abraxas Deposit Reconciliation Form Use this form for deposits of donations, fundraising, proceeds from ongoing programs (garden, culinary, screen printing, coffee cart, dog treats, etc.)
